📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.,Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.,Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.,Contribute to the development of design systems and design guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.,Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Experience with design systems and design guidelines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
