📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle condition and compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the team.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and customer feedback.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of the local area and traffic regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
