📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily accounting operations, including cash handling and bank reconciliation.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Support the cashier in managing cash flow and ensuring timely payments.,Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts for property transactions.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a property management company.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
