📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Leverage your deep understanding of the recruitment industry and your exceptional communication skills to create a seamless and positive experience for both our clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that all recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that our recruitment solutions are delivering the desired results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the recruitment industry to ensure that our clients are always receiving the most innovative and effective recruitment solutions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to clients to keep them informed of the progress of their recruitment campaigns.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and to stay informed of the latest developments in the recruitment industry.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Deep understanding of the recruitment industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
