Cemerlang Stainless Steel is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Balikpapan. This is an urgent position to support our growing company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.
