Asia Dairy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
