📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Conduct employee training and development programs, in collaboration with the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related communications.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
