📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at local events and meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
