Overseeing daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitoring team performance and providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all team members.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.,Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
