📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate internal audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement audit procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on audit findings and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders, including management and the audit committee.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records and reporting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, with a strong background in shipping and logistics industry.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficient in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
