📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entry tasks.,Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze data entry processes to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software.,Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on team performance and data entry activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role, with a leadership background preferred.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.,Familiarity with data management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvement.
