📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in a similar role.,Proven track record in managing HR functions and teams.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and local language (Tetun).,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
