One Direct Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Lead and mentor the QC inspection team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QC inspection role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
