📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and industry trends.
