📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Identify and analyze training needs through surveys, assessments, and feedback.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate training into the overall business strategy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Manage the budget for training and development activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
