PT Lestari Sri is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with other business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations is a plus.
