📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee legal disputes and litigation matters for Non Retail Business & Enablers.,Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams and clients.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze legal trends and risks to proactively mitigate potential issues.,Prepare and present legal reports and updates to senior management.,Assist in the preparation of legal documentation and contracts.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation or legal advisory roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Experience in financial services or banking is a plus.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
