📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.
  • Ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software, such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
