Code Store Pratama is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to the growth of our business. If you are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Manage and update the company's sales database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Attend virtual sales meetings and training sessions as required.,Participate in promotional activities and events to support the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
