📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and professional development.,Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Lead the implementation of internal control systems and processes to ensure financial integrity and risk management.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing input and guidance to the finance team.,Lead and coordinate the annual audit process, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are available.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with the last 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proven experience in managing a team of accountants and providing mentorship.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
