📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Lithography process in the 300mm fabrication facility.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield and throughput.,Monitor and control the Lithography process parameters to ensure consistency and quality.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for process deviations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lithography process engineering in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of 300mm wafer fabrication processes and equipment.,Proven experience in process control, improvement, and optimization.,Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
