📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.,Ensure that technical documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
