As a Facilities & Technical Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and optimization of our technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems. You'll work closely with our maintenance team to ensure all systems are functioning at peak efficiency, and you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise. This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, international environment while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to the facilities team and other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our technical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or technical systems engineering.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali as needed.
