You will oversee a team of dedicated housekeeping staff, implementing best practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the front office and other departments to address guest concerns and maintain a high level of service.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations.
• Ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing housekeeping operations and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar tools.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
