📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement specialized English language programs for IB MYP and DP students.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate technology and multimedia.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to educators.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure seamless integration of English language instruction across the curriculum.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers on best practices in teaching English to multilingual learners.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of English language programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in English language teaching and apply them to the programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, educators, and students to foster a supportive learning environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching English to multilingual learners, preferably in an International Baccalaureate (IB) setting.
• Strong knowledge of the IB MYP and DP curricula.
• Experience with educational technology and multimedia tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
