📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
• Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices to support the HR team's efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Basic knowledge of HR regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
