📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to the HR team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.
- Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software such as BambooHR or Workday.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
