We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to support our financial operations in our Bali offices (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, and surrounding areas). Help us maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.

As an Accounting Staff at Sillo Maritime Perdana, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to the success of our maritime operations. You will work closely with our accounting team to process invoices, manage payables, and ensure timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Manage payables and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Support the accounting team in auditing and reviewing financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
