📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of hotpot dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer orders.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in the hotpot.
• Assist the head chef in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily production targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Stay updated with new menu items and cooking techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a hotpot or Asian cuisine restaurant.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotpot cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with Halal food preparation and certification.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy kitchen equipment.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
