As an L&D Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing learning programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to design, develop, and implement training solutions tailored to the needs of public sector employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Docebo to create and maintain training content.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to inform future initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align learning and development strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on training metrics and ROI to demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide mentorship and support to training teams to ensure consistent quality and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the public sector.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and managing learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Certification in instructional design or learning and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
