📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing pharmaceutical products.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics workflows.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
