Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support for Canon printers and multifunction devices.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Perform basic printer repairs and diagnostics.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new printer models.
• Monitor printer performance and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product performance.
• Assist in the training of new employees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Canon product information and technical developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Familiarity with Canon printers and multifunction devices is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
